Homemade Granola Recipe below! 🥣 🥜 🌾 Cooking from scratch looks different every week depending on what's going in on my life- but some things always stay the same, like batching big portions, looking after my ferments, and baking a sweet treat 🍰 I know you'll be asking, so here's the granola recipe! ⬇️ 120g mixed nuts 6 tbsp ground flaxseed 240g whole rolled oats 100g pumpkin seeds 100g coconut flakes 2 tbsp sunflower seeds 3 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp nutmeg Pinch of salt 4 tbsp olive oil u002F coconut oil 2 tbsp nut butter 3 tbsp honey u002F maple syrup Add all your dry ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine. In a small bowl, add your nut butter (zap in the microwave for 30 seconds to melt if it's not runny), olive oil and honey and mix together. Pour the nut butter mixture over the dry ingredients, mix well, and then spread onto a baking sheet. Bake at 180°C for 5-15 mins, checking every 5 mins to make sure it doesn't burn! Once golden and toasted, remove from the oven and allow to cool before popping into an airtight container. Note- you can swap out any of the seeds and u002F or nuts for any other seeds and nuts you prefer.
