Are you disabled? No? Are you sure? More people have a disability than you realize. And most who don't think they do don't see themselves that way because of ableist attitudes. That doesn't mean you're not disabled. There are many definitions of disability. If you break it down to it's root, it is having less ability than is common to the human experience. Sight, hearing, mobility, cognition, emotion, sensory... And it is interesting the inherent ableism in the very definitions of disability, but we define it through the lens of our overall culture's perspective... which is ableist.
